Polio Place

Polio Place is looking for historical artifacts: equipment, letters, newspaper articles, medical records, photographs, or whatever you deem appropriate.  Please give us a short description of yourself and your artifact by clicking on the link below.  PHI will review your information and contact you if we decide to post it to the website.  PHI may require that you send in the original artifact.  All items will be returned upon request.
